Private boat trips with skippered sailing yacht in Chania

Hi! I am Nikos, the proud owner and skipper of AVRA, my beautiful 32ft long sailing yacht. Built in 2001 by Jeanneau, Sun Odyssey 32.2 are well known for spacious interior, excellent sailing performance and good build quality. AVRA can accommodate comfortably 4 and max 6 guests.

Under deck fit a saloon, also 2 double cabins and a WC with shower. On the cockpit there is a table and tent, also swimming deck with shower and ladder. In addition to sails there is a 18Hp Yanmar engine to assist when the wind doesn’t favor. Also compass, VHF Radio, GPS and wind/speed/depth log instrument for navigation.

Life-raft, life jackets and all emergency and safety equipment are in our disposal just in case. The saloon has radio-music player, cooker, and fridge. We provide without extra cost snacks and drinks and also a inflatable dingy, snorkeling equipment and free Wi-Fi!

The Location

Breathtaking Crete

Crete is the largest island of Greece and is located in the south Aegean. Crete has a breathtaking landscape of rare beauty, full of high mountains, gorges, small and well protected bays and beautiful rocky and sandy beaches.

North

From east to west. Souda Bay and the beaches of Almirida, Kalives, Loutraki, Marathi and Stefanou (Seitan Limania). Chania Bay with the islands Thodorou and Lazaretta and among others the beaches Stavros, Maherida, Kalathas, Agii Apostoli, Agia Marina, Platanias, Afrata and Menies. Kissamos Bay and beaches of Agios Pavlos, Ravdouha and Nopigia.

West

From north to south. Balos lagoon and Gramvousa island, Falasarna, Elafonissi and Kedrodasos.

South

From west to east. The beaches of Krios, Pahia Ammos (Paleohora), Gialiskari, Sougia, Domata, Agia Roumeli, Agios Pavlos, Marmara, Loutro, Glyka Nera and Fragokastelo. Also Gavdos Island with the beaches of Potamos, Pirgos, Agiannis, Sarakiniko, Lakoudi and Tripiti.
